Payment Method
We only accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

Returns
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be requested within this time frame to be eligible.

Return Process

  • Contact us with your order details and the reason for return.

  • Ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

  • Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, if the return is approved, we will issue a refund. 

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
